Who was Balto?

In 1925, a diphtheria outbreak struck Nome, Alaska. With no other way to deliver medicine, sled dog teams carried the serum nearly 700 miles through brutal storms. Balto, a Siberian Husky, led the final leg, guiding his team through white‑out conditions to bring the antitoxin safely home. His courage saved lives, and his statue in New York’s Central Park honors him with three words:
“Endurance · Fidelity · Intelligence.”

  • Yes — we offer packages that include unlimited WhatsApp support. This means you can send videos, ask questions, and get real-time feedback whenever issues come up. You don’t have to figure things out alone.

  • It depends on your dog’s age, behaviour, and goals. Many clients see improvements after 1–2 sessions, but lasting behaviour changes (like recall, reactivity, or loose-lead walking) usually need a 3–6 week plan. I’ll recommend the right package after our first consultation.

  • I use positive, science-based training methods that focus on reward, communication, and creating good habits. Not punishment, fear, or harsh corrections — just clear guidance and training that builds trust and confidence.

  • Online sessions are held via video call. I’ll watch your dog (or you can send me a video prior to the session), assess the behaviour, and coach you step-by-step just like I would in person. You’ll learn exactly what to do, and I’ll guide you in real time while you practise with your dog.

  • Yes — in many cases they work just as well, and sometimes even better. Because I coach you directly, the training becomes more consistent at home, which speeds up results. Online sessions are ideal for puppies, basic training, behaviour advice, and owners who want ongoing guidance.
